1. Digital products — all sales are final
All products sold on AlCashLabs.com are digital software licenses. Your license key is generated and delivered instantly (on-screen and by email) the moment your payment is verified.
Because a digital license cannot be returned once it has been issued and viewed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a license has been delivered — no exceptions.
2. Before you buy
To avoid disappointment, please before purchasing:
- Read the product description and system requirements on the product page.
- Try our free software (FlowPost) to get a feel for how our tools work.
- If anything is unclear, contact us first — we reply quickly on the Contact page and WhatsApp.
3. Faulty or non-working license
If your license key does not work as described, contact our support before assuming the worst. We will verify the issue and replace your license key or fix the problem free of charge. A replacement or fix is not a refund — but we will always make sure you end up with a working product.
4. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, contact us within 7 days. If the duplicate license was never activated, we may — at our sole discretion — cancel it and issue a replacement or account credit.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a payment chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of all your licenses without compensation.
