1. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
These platforms change their systems, interfaces and policies frequently and without notice. A feature that works today may temporarily stop working tomorrow because of a platform-side change. We do not guarantee that any software or feature will work continuously, forever, or without interruption.
2. We keep our softwares updated
We actively maintain every product. If a function stops working, we work on a fix and release an update as soon as possible. Always use the latest version of your software — every product page has an Updates section with the version changelog.
3. No live human support
We do not offer live chat or phone support. If you face an issue, use the feedback section inside the software to report the error — every report is reviewed by our team.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for using our softwares in compliance with the terms of service of the respective platforms and all applicable laws. Misuse can lead to restrictions on your own accounts by those platforms. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, or for any loss of data, revenue or access resulting from platform changes.
5. Not affiliated
Alcashlabs is an independent software vendor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, X Corp., or any other platform mentioned on this site.
