By purchasing or using software from AlCashLabs.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
1. License grant
When you buy a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the software for the duration of your plan (e.g. 6 months or 1 year). You do not own the software — you are licensing the right to use it.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
You may: install and use the software for your own business or personal use within the plan limits.
You may not:
- share, resell, rent, or redistribute your license key;
- publish, leak, or post license keys publicly;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to crack the software;
- use the software for any unlawful purpose.
Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
3. Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally: your license key appears on-screen immediately after payment verification and is also emailed to you. Delivery times depend on payment confirmation on the Binance network.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are accepted via Binance Pay in USDT. The exact listed amount must be transferred. As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final — digital licenses cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds once a license is issued.
5. Support
We provide support for installation and license issues through the Contact page and WhatsApp. A non-working license will be replaced as described in the Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Our software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlCashLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from the use of our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our software after changes means you accept the updated terms.
